Geopolitical Risks in an Age of Global Transformation
The 10th annual international Norwegian Risk Forum took place on October 17 at the Grand Hotel in Oslo. NRF 2019 examined: Geopolitical Risks in an Age of Global Transformation. We welcomed leading experts from the UK, US, Panama, and Norway on geopolitical dynamics, regional developments, digitization, climate change and cyber risks and decision-makers form leading companies, ministries, think tanks, universities and organizations. Through a range of informative and insightful presentations, interactive and interesting panel discussions and intimate networking sessions we raised awareness about the challenges and opportunities that emerge in an era of global transformation.
Norwegian Risk Forum 2019 examined geopolitical dynamics in Venezuela, Russia, Brazil, China, the Gulf Region and Iran in addition to themes including climate change, digitization, and cyber risks.
The meeting was held under the Chatham House Rule, which states that participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s) nor of any other participant may be revealed. Participants shared reflections, gathered insights and obtained analysis useful to develop existing or new business strategies in these markets.
